If you want to become an underwear model, first of all you will need to be in shape. Underwear models exercise regularly to stay in shape so that their bodies are in top physical condition. If you are going to be photographed in your underwear, men need strong muscles, and women need to be slender.

Next you need to get some high quality photos taken of you in underwear. They can be professional or amateur, as long as they are high quality.

Prepare a modelling portfolio. Include your resume with any previous experience, your photographs, contact information, and a cover letter. Send the package to various modelling agencies. Wait for the agencies to get in touch with you for interviews or test shoots.

You can also contact catalogue companies, clothing stores, and underwear companies to see if they hire underwear models directly.

When you have an interview, be professional, as you would at any other job interview. But be friendly and personable. Agencies often look for outgoing, enthusiastic people.

Wear everyday clothes, and do not apply excessive makeup. If you are asked to do a shoot, you will be provided with a makeover and clothing.

Finally, you need to be patient. It is probably going to take some time to get your foot in the door, no matter how good looking and fit you are. Keep persisting and trying different modelling agencies.
