Ensure that you get an early night when working the next day as lots of sleepless nights will cause dark circles and bags under the eyes. Worry and stress can be a contributing factor to not sleeping well, which needs to be dealt with as soon as possible. Find ways to clear your mind, which can involve listening to calming music, talking about your problems or exercising regularly. Each person is different and needs to find a method that helps them.
